Volunteer of the Year Award

2017:

          1st Place: Kenneth Barker (Foster Grandparent-Port Huron)        

           2nd Place: Pyhllis Lake Dillinger (Foster Grandparent-Grand Rapids)                

           3rd Place: Larnell Randell (Foster Grandparent-Ypsilanti)

History of the Volunteer of the Year Award:

Established in 2016 by the MAFG/SCP Association members. It is intended to be presented by the Association to a Foster Grandparent or Senior Companoin volunteer who has made a difference in their community. Nominations are completed by teachers, students, supervisors, clients and partnering agencies. A panel of judges review the nominations and select the top stories throughout Michigan. Congrats to our Winners!
